Biography

Nouth-Design is a company founded in 2017 by Ritchy Nouth, professional designer based in Paris, France.

Born in Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia, Ritchy Nouth grew up between two countries, two different cultures: France and Cambodia. A seasoned observer from an early age, Ritchy has analyzed the world around him.

At the age of 15, he began studying design in Paris. After obtaining his baccalaureate, he continued his graduate studies in industrial product design. At the end of his studies, he decides to return to Phnom Penh to learn more about the lifestyle and the potential of the market. He then saw the opportunity to create his own brand in order to share his work both in France and in Cambodia. It is thanks to his many experiences in Paris and Phnom Penh that he trained as a professional designer.

His desire to learn more about the world pushes him to travel and to forge his knowledge in design.

It is observing the life of your products. It's getting into your business project, meeting the people who make it up and bringing out your desires. Expose the needs and ask all the questions that seem relevant to bring out the issues of the project. Aesthetic, ergonomic, economic aspects, time and budget constraints, no aspect of the project is left out.

Prototype

Following the presentation of the idea book and the acceptance of the concept, we model the product in 3D, at actual dimensions. We create realistic 3D images, dimensional form plans, and any other document necessary for the description of the product. If necessary, we also implement a 3D model, as well as the production of models or prototypes.

Search

After analyzing and finding out the needs of the client, we do research. It is making a fair and correct formulation of the project, it is inventing what does not exist. It means finding elegant, technical and beautiful solutions thanks to a deep knowledge of languages, shapes and signs. Any creative study requires locating your product in its ecosystem.

try

This step, we make several checks and several tests on the prototype, then we collect the reactions and comments in order to improve the project if necessary, before having the final design of the product and launching its production. We must follow and respect the course of this process, in order to guarantee the best end result of the product for our customers.

Concept

At the end of the first creative phase, we present you an idea book which brings together a set of varied proposals. This document allows us to communicate our concepts. Most of the time, it mixes sketches and 3D models. All our ideas are summarized in the form of a small selection of pre-projects (Generally 3 to 8 pre-projects, depending on the studies).

Development

We set up the line of production of the product, we follow the entire course of its realization and we work with competent and qualified people to ensure proper functioning. We check the product at the exit of its chain production, checking all points so that the product fully complies with the specifications.
